Age Requirement
Pocket Lead is intended for users 16 years of age or older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
What We Collect
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, company name, and phone number.
Lead and customer data
Information you enter about your customers and leads, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, budgets, notes, and activity logs.
Usage data
We track your number of AI-generated messages and your current subscription status to manage plan limits and features.
Device information
We collect your device's push notification token to deliver reminders and in-app notifications.
How We Use Your Data
To provide the app and its features
Your account and lead data are used to power the core functionality of Pocket Lead, including storing your leads, tracking activity, and syncing across your devices.
AI message generation
Subscription management
Usage data and subscription status are used to enforce plan limits and manage your subscription through RevenueCat.
Third-Party Services
Google Firebase
We use Firebase for user authentication and database storage. Your account and lead data are stored on Firebase servers operated by Google. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Gemini AI
Lead context is sent to Gemini's API to generate follow-up messages. Google processes this data under their API terms of service.
RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to manage and track subscription status. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Apple App Store & Google Play
Payments are processed by Apple and Google through their respective app stores. We never receive or store your payment card details.
Data Storage
Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers located in the United States.
Data Retention
Your data is retained after your subscription ends and remains accessible if you resubscribe. Your data is permanently deleted when you delete your account. An account deletion option is available within the app.
California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:
- Right to know — you may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal data we have collected about you.
- Right to deletion — you may delete your data at any time by deleting your account within the app.
- No sale of data — we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Push Notifications
You can opt out of push notifications at any time through your device settings. Disabling notifications does not affect your ability to use the app.
Changes to This Policy
